We understand the importance of having sharp, well-maintained instruments in your office at all times. As a service-oriented business, we believe that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. Meeting those needs will only help us in gaining the confidence and repeat business of a satisfied customer. Our goal is to have your instruments sharpened within 3 to 4 days of receiving them. In the event that an instrument cannot be sharpened, and requires re-tipping, we will advise you prior to proceeding further. Re-tipping services will typically require 4 to 5 weeks time.
